Parents may want to bring some drink to keep hydrated throughout the class (toilets are available onsite).
If you have previously attended baby massage at Baby Bubble Club before, you will be asked to bring your previous massage pack along with you as this saves waste and unwanted double ups. What if me or my baby is poorly on the day of class?

If you or your baby are unwell for whatever reason you can simply cancel that class by emailing/texting/WhatsApp/or by by phoning myself at least 2 hours before class starts and I will try to move your class to a like for like class free of charge.

If you or your baby have any contagious illnesses such as sickness, diarrhoea, COVID, chicken pox, impetigo, tonsilitis, hand-foot & mouth etc. I request that you do not attend any classes until you and your baby are well again. If you are unsure if you are allowed to attend, then please don’t hesitate to email or text myself before class. If you have recently had a case of sickness, diarrhoea or COVID, you cannot attend class until 48hrs after your last case/symptom to prevent you contaminating others.

If you attend class and you or your baby appear unwell, you will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given as class has started.

If you or your baby are displaying COVID symptoms, I request that you don’t attend classes until your well again (at least 48 hours after last symptoms of COVID and after two negative lateral flow tests). Please also follow the government on the latest guidance regarding COVID and isolation requirements.  https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus

It is important that I keep classes as safe as possible, as not all babies will have received their vaccines and they are vulnerable little beings. I’m sure parents also don’t want to be in a position where they could potentially pick up something and become unwell themselves. I hope you all understand why I have requested these rules.

What if I book but change my mind before classes start?

Sometimes plans can alter or you may decide you want to wait until the following term before starting a baby / toddler group, whatever the reason it’s okay to postpone or move classes. Just email or text your full name and what class and term you enrolled onto, and I will try my best to move this for you, if unfortunately there are no spaces available in your desired class, then I will honour you a gift voucher to spend on classes at a future date.

Please refer to our T&Cs for further information.

What if my baby is unsettled or isn't interested in the class?

Baby massage is best carried out when your baby is alert and happy, however, I understand this isn’t always possible. My classes are very relaxed and are baby-led, if you need to feed, cuddle, take some time out or do a nappy change, that is absolutely fine.

I will be more than happy to go over any missed massage techniques at the end of class and the massage booklet is given out to keep, should you wish to continue baby massage at home to help guide you through the different massage techniques.
